William M. Anderson, 63, of Salisbury, MA passed away peacefully, Wednesday, October 2, 2019 at Lahey Medical Center in Burlington, MA. He was surrounded by his loving family. Bill was born in Chelsea, MA, June 10, 1956, the son of Dorothy (Whalen) and the late Hubert Anderson. He was a graduate of Stevens High School in Claremont, NH. Bill was employed for over 22 years with The United States Postal Service as a letter carrier. He was a proud member of The N.A.L.C. (National Association of Letter Carriers) and devoted years of service prior to his recent retirement. Bill loved music and was a diehard fan of The Grateful Dead. He enjoyed going to concerts and loved classic cars. He will be dearly missed by his adoring family and friends.

Bill is survived by his devoted wife of over 27 years, Kelly Burke-Anderson of Salisbury, MA, three children, Tracy Sears and husband Bob of Sanbornton, NH, Michelle Anderson of Salisbury, MA and Hunter Anderson and fiancé Savannah of Salisbury, MA. He also leaves behind two grandchildren, Kayla Robinson and Kelsey Sears and one great-grandchild Keegan Robinson. Additionally, he will be dearly remembered by his mother-in-law, Priscilla Burke, two sisters-in-laws, Genevieve Burke and Helen Spencer and countless friends.

A celebration of life will be held Monday, October 14, 2019 at 11:00 AM at The Belleville Congregational Church, 300 High St, Newburyport, MA 01950. Burial will be private.
