G. Kim Tang, 73, of Haverhill, MA, passed away Monday, December 27, 2021. She was the devoted wife of John Tang. Kim was born March 28, 1948, in Seoul, South Korea.
Kim was raised in Haverhill and was a graduate of Haverhill High School. She was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Georgetown Ward, where she greatly contributed working in genealogy. Kim devoted much of herself to making a warm, loving home for her husband and seven adoring children, whom were also her best friends. She had a love for nature, gardening, and cooking. Most of all she loved traveling, exploring, and spending time with her children, grandchildren, husband, and friends. She was a ray of light that touched many lives. Kim will be dearly missed by her loving family and all those blessed to have known her.
Kim is survived by her husband of over 40 years, John Tang, seven children, Michael Tang, Katherine Tang, Elizabeth Tang, Kristina Wilke and husband Elliott, David Tang, Stephanie Tang and husband Jeremiah Cuscia, and Kathleen Tang and fiancé Eric Blake. She also leaves behind six grandchildren, Christian Tang, Maddox Tang, Chloe Tang, Sophia Wilke, Amelie Wilke, "baby" Wilke, and many dear friends.
A celebration of life ceremony will be held Friday, January 7, 2022, at 11:00 AM at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 9 Jewett St., Georgetown, MA 01833. Interment will take place immediately following at Linwood Cemetery in Haverhill, MA. Masks are required.
