Danville, NH – Therese M. Terry” (Ouellette) Calantonio, 94, died on Sunday, January 9, 2022 at her home following an extended illness. She was the beloved wife of A. Richard Calantonio.
Born in Amesbury on July 28, 1927, she was the daughter of the late Omer and Blanche (Tremblay) Ouellette. She had resided in Haverhill for most of her life before moving to Danville twenty-six years ago.
Terry was employed as an inspector at AT&T in North Andover for seventeen years. She enjoyed dancing, traveling and especially dinner with friends. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
In addition to her husband of sixty years,, she is survived by two daughters, Jean Ralph and her husband, Franklin of Kingston and Gail Zibolis of Plaistow; a son, Richard Calantonio and his wife, Deborah of Brentwood; seven grandchildren, Sarah Stockbridge and her husband, James, Kimberly Campbell and her husband, Christian, Keith Zibolis and his wife, Kristen, Nikki Johnson and her husband, John, Elschen Calantonio, Kenneth Dinsmore and Candy Strong and her husband, Josh; three sisters-in-law, Gloria DiMattia, Marion Ouellette and Mary Frances Ouellette and several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was also predeceased by her grandson, Thomas Ralph and four brothers, Raymond, Paul, Gerard and Robert Ouellette.
Her funeral service will be held on Thursday in the Grondin-Carnevale Funeral Home, 129 Kenoza Ave., Haverhill at 12 noon. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 10 a.m. to 12 noon. Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to the Amedisys Hospice Care Foundation, 8 Commerce Dr., Suite 101, Bedford, NH 03110. Interment will be held in Linwood Cemetery, Haverhill.
